We will review your individual and family history and perform a thorough physical exam at your office visit. This information is used to determine if you need simple lifestyle changes or require additional tests or procedures to confirm or rule out a specific diagnosis.
Additional tests and procedures will be scheduled for you at the time of your office visit and performed by your assigned doctor.
